Orders & payments in the shop
Cups, pots, and takeaway pouches are sold over the counter. Prices include applicable Finnish VAT unless we state otherwise at the till. Payment methods available in the shop will be shown at checkout. We may refuse service if stock runs out or if behaviour disturbs other guests.
Allergies & care
Teas and herbals may be processed in facilities that handle other botanicals. Tell staff about known allergies. We do not make medical claims about tea. Hot liquids and ceramic ware require ordinary care; please keep cups away from edges when children visit.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Finnish consumer law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from website use or from events outside our reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights for Finnish and EU customers remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Finland, without limiting your rights to approach consumer dispute bodies available to you as a consumer in the EU.
